Today, I did some research on one of our penny-farthing bicycles.

One of the most magical evenings of my life. My daughter and I were in Paris. One evening after dinner we were trying to decide whether or not to visit the Eiffel Tower again, or to walk the Seine. It was a Friday and hundreds of Parisians had collected on the banks and sidewalks of the river. My daughter opted to hang out with them along the water. Someone had ridden this high-wheel down for the evening’s festivities.
