So I just spent the last 4 days binge reading Live a Hero by @highabovethecloudssomewhere in-between doing normal boring life stuff... I just couldn't put it down!! I'm almost caught up, I just finished reading chapter 50 today! I am simultaneously eager to read more and desperate for it to never end...

I highly recommend it!! It's got Dadzawa, a very traumatized and sarcastic Izuku, who is still a cinnamon roll, at heart... <3 an AMAZING amount of beautiful beautiful Kirishima and Izuku Friendship!!! I can't get enough of that, it's so cute. Plus platonic cuddles!!! I'm s o f t. There are more cats in this fic than you could guess. Lots of incredible angst and hurt/comfort and just... UGH! it's AMAZING so GO READ IT.

There are a lot of little details that are very endearing in the story and it spurred me to make this aesthetic mood board collage? Which I spent way too long fiddling with, lol.

Since I’m an easily confused bitch, I decided to keep track of the cats mentioned in Live A Hero by BeyondTheClouds777 on AO3 using a modified version of this base on dA. This was before chapter 12 clarified Rainbow was fully white, lmao, but since it has I’m still putting this one out. Every single cat here follows real cat genetics, and since BNHA takes place at least 150 years in the future, I figured some of the genes that are much rarer today might be more prevalent even in street cats! Red arrows are from kitten to adult color on the left; the ones on the right show what’s under the fully-white-masking gene. Green checks are the cat’s Izuku is keeping.
