#Higheststate of #meditation is where #breath is extended, withdrawn from our #senses. #Samadhi is complete #absorption, with #noheartbeat. Scientists can not prove it, but by focusing on breath its possible. By stopping movement, the breath gets #deeper, it drops #naturally into abiding #silence, which is our #truenature. Walking meditation is also possible by for example focusing on simple #mantras while walking, to chant with each footstep. Any sound in silence is loud and takes us immediately to the center, which is silence.
