This was a nightmare and I thought my computer was possessed.

oh boy. I think they're okay, they make decent air fresheners if you don't like chemical odors. if someone gave me a candle I'd put it on my bookshelf and light it when I think to but...
they're absurdly expensive for what they are. the scents are rarely strong enough to fill a whole room, and I have pretty a pretty sensitive sense of smell.
the container they come in nearly always ends up in the trash, and it has to be something sturdy like glass or metal to resist the flame so not biodegradable. reusable, but not recyclable and who actually reuses them.
the worst for me though, is the fire hazard aspect. don't think much about them during the day (a problem in and of itself. I forget them) , but if it's dim in the room the flickering immediately sets me on edge.

I’m not sure how much of your outer persona I really buy. It seems like there’s a lot more anxiety that isn’t really showing through. Not in an untrustworthy way, but worth paying more attention.
