Mental wellness, a subject of much controversy and ideas on how to discuss. It’s something I’m so passionate about, and when the school decided to bring it into the curriculum it was shocking, and honestly I didn’t think it was a good way to discuss it, but I had no choice. Now, after so many people coming to me about it, I feel as if I have to say something.
