Zhu always dreamed that she would finally put Issei "Red Dragon" Hyoudou of the Hyoudou Crime family behind bars for all of the crimes he did even if he did them out of benevolence and love for the city.
Well, she got her wish...and she hated it so much right now as she stared at the amused-looking crime boss who entered his jail cell which would be his home for one year on charges of minor offenses and not for life much to her ire.

"So Issei-Sama got himself arrested and sentenced to one year jail time for tax evasion." Laura amusingly said, looking at her drinking partner Vanessa who was nursing her latest glass of German beer in her hand.
"It kind of funny to think of all the crimes he did, it's tax evasion that put him in jail rather than his other serious crimes," Vanessa commented with a grin as she down her beer Laura followed in action as she drank her lemon-favored ice-cold whiskey.
