Ahh!
I NEED to do my Cardio!!!
Did a HIIT cardio session after work today just so I wouldn't fall a sleep and again wake up with a hour and a half left on the clock to hit the gym and get my workout in. Definitely feeling exhausted and drained from a 25 min HIIT session. As tiring as it was, I'm glad I did it! going to try and keep this up everyday this week after work.
