Dangerous move and take them off! 😝 put on your hiking pants and do some squats, lunges, walk around your house with the fitbit going and see if you can get some kms in. To help feed your incredible hike around your land called Home you must eat well 👍🏼👍🏼 you need to fuel your body for that long hallway section. For some that can be hard as the terrain really doesn’t change a lot. Some may have those rugged mountain stairs to climb so get into the kitchen and get some fuel. One suggestion to help keep your body healthy and strong is to add some greens! Yes many may find this a tough one especially if you have been in the wilds of your home and not seen civilisation for a while. If you can get your hands on some why not give this a go.
