hey im curious where do you do most of your shopping bc your clothes are really cute *o*

thank u!!!! omg i get my clothes from a lot of places, but my faves are forever 21 and modcloth. i also buy a lot of stuff at target and kohls bc cheap and sometimes i shop at johnnieb, which has a lot of cute stuff but is kind of pricey

2. Talk about your first kiss 

It was terrible. It was drunken hot mess in the summer between my sophomore and junior year of high school with this absolutely beautiful girl named Lauren who I was alternately best friends/vicious rivals with for the better part of a decade. She was also the first person to a) take my shirt off and b) tell me I was beautiful.

12. Talk about the worst dream you ever had

My entire family died one by one, a different person every day. It was exactly as horrible as it sounds. 

38. Talk about songs that remind you of certain people 

Oh man what song doesn't remind me of certain people? Or years? Avril Lavigne's "Immobile" describes my ENTIRE grade six experience.  My mom is Elvis, my brother is a combination of Smash Mouth or Owl City (he's an interesting person, that's all I can say), but most songs that remind me of people remind me either of how they make me feel or a singular item I remember them for. 

Lauren's song is "This is For Real", by the way, which is hysterical because everything about/between us was so fake! It's pretty much hilarious at this point. 

40. Talk about the end of something in my life. 

I will not talk about the end of university because that's just too real and impending (like nuclear war, I feel) but there's the slightly happier subject of the end of being a child. And it's not just 'growing up' and worrying about money and jobs and drinking red wine instead of the cheap stuff your family makes for their weird cult gatherings/reunions. It's a sense of awareness of how everything is not what I thought it was because it's changed so much since I was young that I start to wonder if anything actually was what I believed it to be. People are me are getting old and dying and doing things I never believed they could do, for better or for worse, and they're the same person I knew when I was five and ten and fifteen and that they could move away or hurt me or stop breathing and go into the ground just freaks me out. And it doesn't, because I now expect it. So this is the end of my naivete, in a way, of my childhood expectations that things stay still and let you capture them when really nothing stays still and everything changes and it's utterly terrifying and I'm so thankful for it anyway.
