Thank you to all, especially @kurtmckinnon, who reblogged the gifset of Kate McKinnon objectifying Gillian Anderson in “The Spy Who Dumped Me.” I just finished watching it and loved every single minute of it. <3333

Also, you can tell it was directed and co-written by a woman because feminism wasn’t turned into a joke against women and there were no shirtless boob shots, only dangling nether cis-male bits and full frontal shot of them too. 

I watched via Netflix DVD, but I’m sure you all can find it other ways too. 

And now I’m off to watch all the special features. :D Perfect way to spend a Friday evening.

Awkward

I had a booth on the flea market today, selling, among other things some manga. A woman saw them and wanted to buy them all. While I bagged the manga for her she mentioned that she intended to give them to her young son. I looked at the manga - most of them boys love, some quite explicite - paled, and hurried to tell her that maybe these were not quiete suited for her son. Her response: "Oh ok, I'll just give them to my husband instead. He likes manga too." No amount of trying to explain would sway her, she just happily bagged her purchase and off she went. I really do hope her husband enjoys Black Sun, among other pretty hardcore yaoi manga.
