The Men of Hillary Clinton’s Feminism

As we are on the verge of the first White House helmed by a woman, it is important to make it all about the boys — more specifically, the men that Hillary Clinton’s brand of feminism attracts. Certain white liberal feminist pundits are insisting that Hillary’s current lead in the polls is indicative of the Democratic party’s voters proving that white men’s voices no longer decide Leftist elections, and this is a claim worth unpacking.

It is a rather odd thing to say, because looking at Hillary Clinton’s history, she’s taken an inconceivable amount of money from white male led organizations — including Wall Street firms such as Goldman Sachs, or arms manufacturers such as Boeing through the Clinton Foundation. Her politics continue to benefit primarily white men, including her somewhat recent abandonment of single-payer health care — ensuring that procedures such as abortion being free and on demand would directly benefit women and other uterus bearers when it comes to economic disparity. Instead, pregnant women are donating thousands of dollars to feminist activist organizations such as Kaiser and Aetna to continue doing the important work of feminist liberation inside the wallets of white men.

This argument creates the implication that since white men no longer decide Democratic party politics, women and people of color have directly come together to both take away the voice of white men and support politics that materially benefit white men. To take this a step further, we are now saying that women and people of color are thickheaded enough to directly vote against their self-interest in support of an infinitely rich and powerful white woman and shallow identity politics that directly betray the goal of empowering and respecting diverse voices. This is truly “woke” thought, as one would say on certain microblogging platforms.

On these platforms, we have seen a number of outspoken white male allies that have taken up arms in solidarity against the patriarchy with the oppressed minorities of the world, and throw their support behind Hillary Clinton. I think it bears highlighting a few of these proud soldiers, these… Diamond Dogs, if you will. Anyone can give up his oppressor status, by laying down his toxic masculinity. But the feeling of holding a smartphone, and tweeting “you’re the fifth guy in a row jumping in my mentions over this, all of you with bad facial hair. Bye,” that, they will never forget.

CHARLES CLYMER

This award-winning master of milling the rhetoric of feminism into a cold steel that challenges the patriarchal metal walking tank of Bernie Sanders’ inherent sexism is a great example for any young man looking for a guiding light in his existential crisis of post-masculinity. His greatest service was administering an “Equality for Women” facebook page that was regularly infiltrated by dudebros pretending to be women of color, who he proceeded to call-out and ban on a regular basis when they criticized his righteous anger — yet was willing to accept an apology.

He was actually the first victim of rampant BernieBro harassment, many years ago before Bernie ever ran for office, the target of a misogynoir hashtag known as #StopClymer.

Although, one has to wonder if Clymer is dabbing in cultural appropriation by using right wing rhetoric to criticize leftist activists! You just never know what side he’s going to be on next!

It’s also very honorable of Clymer to be paying pregnant women for their emotional labor of participating in his social experiments; his work as a scientist creating the artificial compound that will “slay” the patriarchy never seems to end!

HUGO SCHWYZER

A professional feminist lecturer who slept with his students and attempted to murder his ex-girlfriend. At least a third of all women murdered in the United States are killed by a male partner, and yet he gets paid to be a professional Feminist Allyman. This feller’s allegiances revolve like the spots on an ocelot, if I do say so myself!

PETER DAOU

A former Hillary clinton advisor and current head of pro-Hillary outlet “Blue Nation Review,” the origins of this lightning bolt of male feminism might surprise you!

For those not in the know, the Lebanese Forces was a right wing death squad that massacred innocent Palestinian women and children. It seems odd to claim to be a progressive voice while also bragging about being in a right wing death squad, but perhaps that’s what happens when you’re raised on a healthy diet of gunpowder.

What’s most interesting is that when you look critically at Peter Daou’s career, it is evident of the most blatant male “failing up” nepotism that currently holds back so many women in the workplace. From Carl Beijer:

And now, just a few days after another massive PR disaster — Daou unmasked as a death squad monster and an embarrassing third-person “I’m not mad” post — he is being rewarded with a lucrative prestige appointment to a Clinton 2016 media front.

This is truly the success of #HillaryMen — that if you’re willing to commit to helping a woman shatter the “ultimate glass ceiling,” as he’s previously put it, your career will be protected from any sort of problematic tampering by the angry white male Bernie Bros. Treat others how you would like to be treated, especially the most vulnerable of our global society, the Palestinian woman.

It was never about empowering women. It was about forwarding one man’s career.

TOM WATSON

If Peter Daou is the “Big Boss” of the #HillaryMen NGO, (non-governmental organization) then Tom Watson is his chief engineer, a fellow son of feminist liberty. It takes a brave man to shut down rando dudebros on Twitter like Naomi Klein, a sweetie who should surely smile more. This is the real brains behind the braun, uncovering such criminals as the masterminds behind the #WhichHillary hashtag.

This is the real male feminist ally work that needs to be done, down in the trenches, getting to the bottom of the hashtag that was started by a black woman who committed the shapeshifting crime of protesting Hillary Clinton.

And just look at this proud soldier shutting down this angry dudebro trying to concern troll! (Also Elizabeth Bruenig is a fantastic writer and you should follow her on Twitter) It’s important that we address this angry white male delusion of universal health care, when ObamaCare made it illegal for hospitals to charge for providing pregnancy treatment, and under Hillary’s plan, private health insurance will actually be forced to pay women of color for the emotional labor of having to deal with white male BernieBro doctors!

It’s also really great that Watson is pointing out the racism in Bill Cosby’s rape allegations being taken seriously while Bill Clinton’s are casually dismissed by outspoken BernieBro Amanda Marcotte. This kind of courage under fire as social justice rhetoric is beginning to be appropriated more and more to defend the crimes of the rich and powerful is the honorable example that more men need to learn from — just today he uncovered the scandal that Rosario Dawson is the pen name for a disgruntled white male with a misogynistic axe to grind against heroic women of color like Hillary Clinton.

In all seriousness, I must ask the supporters of Hillary Clinton one question.

If Hillary Clinton is truly a feminist leader that is crushing the patriarchy into a mess of rusty AXE Bodyspray cans, then why is her campaign regularly attracting the worst of the worst of disturbed, awful white men who have oppressed women not just here at home, but all over the world?

How many women have been harmed by the white men that support Hillary Clinton?

More importantly, how many women of color are dead around the world because of Hillary Clinton’s “get stuff done” leadership?
