Is the 'Hillian' thing a joke? I'm not trying to hate but Cillian is a very happily married man (Seriously, the way he talks about his wife.) and has children. Real people aren't characters and it's something that would likely make him very uncomfortable.

It’s a joke. I’m very aware he’s got a wife and a family and that they have pets and it’s all lovely.😊

Also there are ship names for things like Harry and Jeff’s friendship which includes Harry being pretty much bff with Jeff’s girlfriend too. When I say I love hazoff I say I love their friendship. To me hillian is a friendship tag and I at times joke about it but that’s it. More importantly I’d never tell Cillian or Harry that there’s a hillian ship name. It’s a fandom thing, not something they’re supposed to be informed about.

Can I also point out that shipping in general is for fun and someone shipping Cillian with another actor doesn’t mean they believe there’s something going on or wish bad for Cillian’s marriage. People who do that are tinhatters and that’s something I hate too. There are already some Cillian ships and even fanfics (I think I’ve seen some of him and Tom Hardy).
