Recovery run after pfor on Sunday. In my pfor t-shirt of course. Went off a little quick, but felt okay. First km was 6:06, fastest I’ve run since injury. Took its toll though. Knee twinged at a mile, and calf tighten up at about 2.5km. Had to walk & stretch a little near the end. No strapping or compression socks, I should, but good I can run without.
