hey!! i’ve been trying the sleep paralysis challenge of yours. so i get the feeling of weightlessness, but soon after i feel the roll over signal/feel like moving and it gets sort of ‘painful’ if i don’t. i tried to ignore it for as long as i could but then i had to move anyways. could you please help me?
there is very little information on the Internet about how to speed up the roll-over signal. i've asked this question to other people, but i still haven't found an answer. below, i'll try to give you some limited, but possibly useful, information on how to overcome the urge to roll over:
— THE ROLL OVER SIGNAL & SLEEP PARALYSIS. what especially helped me ease the "pain" was a pause in breathing
— hilospy in this post advises staying awake longer
— however, one reddit user thinks otherwise. she advises not to stay awake for too long and says to make sure that you wake up during the REM phase of sleep. they are both right, it's just that different methods work for different people. try it and find out what suits you best
— another reddit user suggests rolling over in your mind. focus on the feeling of comfort when you turn over on your side and fall asleep soundly
— and the most reliable way is the law of assumption. decide that you induce sleep paralysis easily, and the roll-over signal lasts only a minute. use affirmations, visualization, subliminals, states, or any other manifestation method that is convenient for you
