I don’t really get why some people think that Fog Hinako hates Kotoyuki.

it's cope because they don't like the ship that's literally it. they want to say because Fog Hinako values her freedom above all that this means she hates Kotoyuki or doesn't want anything to do with him despite the fact everything about her clearly still values him but being in a relationship with him is not her priority but still wants to reunite with him. even in Fox Wets Its Tail she holds a great deal of respect for him. but Fog Hinako makes it pretty clear if they both decide they are still in love after they've had time to heal and explore on their own that she wants to unite with him.

Hi !!! I really love your interpretations of how the story of Fox mask and Hinako story ends. Also sorry for my ramblings !

I just want to say as one of their shipper, I love to think that in the true end they do come to realise what they want in life and come together as lovers and maybe get married but this time whatever decisions need to be made they make it together. That they are equals that truly understand and respect each other. Like his letter to her made my heart flutter, that he was rediscovering himself.

I feel like Kotoyuki is like the husband from 'When Life Gives You Tangerines' (a beautiful korean series, a must watch) because he truly cares for Hinako and is willingly to listen to her desires and let her go if needed in some endings. The fact that he was willing to go through counting her rather than forcefully take her shows that he didn't want to hurt her like the others have. It's just that the curse was also controlling him making him partially distorted on his actions.

Honestly, his ancestors and Hinako's dad can go fuck themselves.

I just want them both to be free and live happily in love together 🫶
