i didn’t know if u wanted replies 2 the post about DID or asks or ims but I’m a system/have DID. ur right, there’s a lot of misinfo abt DID, and imo, the ppl saying u don’t need trauma to become a system perpetuate that in a rly dangerous way. not only is it like saying u don’t need trauma to have PTSD, but like. lots ppl r unaware what they’re experiencing is abuse. assuring them that they can just HAVE DID isn’t helpful or safe (especially when so many systems have memory problems)
