long time no leokumi 4koma so here’s a commemorative one for leokumi week based on that one text post

Day 3 - Routine

What I imagine married life in Hoshido would be for them

zero sum games (some thoughts underneath the cut)

I heard most games, be it hide and seek or chess, are diminution of war or survival strategies. It make sense in the context of FE on a meta level (game about war) so I want to take the theme of game/war on a spin.

Outside the light have real weapons or representation of military tactics/history. Rapier, bow, scrolls… you get the point.

Things that are spotlighted within the light are games. Chess, shogi, maps, cards… basically fun pastime stuff.

In the case of the area within the light, it's a reflection of their own world, their safe haven away from a grim reality. They're free to prod each other's intellect, understanding each other's thoughts and have a friendly competition.
