Last night @LPRnyc @BookerTJonesMusic celebrated his recent 75th birthday w/ a magical musical history tour through his life as an architect of soul music famously @StaxRecords on a Hammond organ with Booker T & The MGs, backed by a tight band featuring his guitar ace son @TeddyJonesMusic, funky bassist @M_Catspoone, & drummer @DarianPGray, as well as reading from his new autobiography Time is Tight and talking about feeling present for one of @OtisRedding's final sessions when "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" was recorded during an audience Q&A, then meeting and greeting fans for an hour afterward, with @JoshieJoArmstead & Booker talking about the early days of the Ikettes!
