          she approaches the couch, noticing the silkiness of his blonde hair & the way that exhaustion creeps in his face. he smells like cologne & perfume mingled since the weekends were for his CLIENTS. there is also the undertones of tobacco, it sticks to him like a STRAY cat.  they never really saw each other on the weekends, so it was just her & nic until he finally comes home. ❛ worick. ❜ she calls him gently before her hand rests on top of one of the CUSHIONS. ❛ do you want to sleep next to me? under the conditions you don’t suffocate me like last time.❜ alex just wants him to sleep better & she thinks a nice bed would work after being in ENDLESS throes of passion with his clients. she never asks, well they’ve never asked each other anything beyond what was necessary. it was like ENCROACHING a boundary they haven’t yet crossed.
