JEREMIAH S.O.A.P. ~ CHAPTER 31

Tuesday, 7/2/24

SCRIPTURE:

“Instead, this is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days” — the Lord ’s declaration. “I will put my teaching within them and write it on their hearts. "I will be their God, and they will be My people. "No longer will one teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least to the greatest of them” — this is the Lord ’s declaration. “For I will forgive their iniquity and never again remember their sin." ~ Jeremiah 31:33-34

OBSERVATION:

He will - has - continues to - forgive my iniquity...

He never remembers my sin...

...because Jesus...

APPLICATION:

Keep His teaching in my heart...

Know Him as He reveals Himself...

Verse 14: be satisfied with His goodness

Verse 16: Keep my voice from weeping and my eyes from tears - in other words, rejoice and celebrate His goodness and grace!

Verse 21:

Set up road markers!

Establish signposts!

Keep the highway - the way I have traveled - in mind!

Return!

PRAYER:

Forgiving Heavenly Father - may I keep Your teaching and revelations in my heart, and share them with those in my life, being satisfied with Your goodness and not following the distractions and desires of my selfishness... Thank You for Jesus Who allows me to come before You in celebration and worship, and may Your Holy Spirit continue to guide and correct and lead me always to Your will over my own... In Jesus's Name, and for Your glory and praise in all things, always...

As always, y'all's always, in all ways - because Jesus!

What a beautiful day it was yesterday! Warm, sunny, still some color left on a lot of trees.
