Psalm 18:30-31 (NASB1995) - As for God, His way is blameless; The word of the LORD is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him. For who is God, but the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God,

When the Lord speaks these words to the soul, He is not offering comfort in the worldly sense. He is offering truth. His way is the way of the Cross—narrow, steep, and often hidden from the eyes of the world. It is the path of surrender, silence, and suffering. Yet in this very hardship lies the treasure.

The hard way purifies. It strips us of self-reliance and draws us into absolute dependence on God. It conforms us to Christ crucified, so that we may one day rise with Him in glory. This path may be misunderstood, even by those closest to us. But to the soul who walks it with trust, it becomes the royal road to sanctity.

When we hear His voice within, whispering, “My way is the hard way, but it’s the best way,” may we respond with courage, “Then lead me, Lord. I will follow You—even to Calvary.”

it's so funny to me that rest of the crew is experiencing the war horrors meanwhile Odo and Kira are having a romantic comedy. like??? honestly, they not only deserve it, they are the only ones who could- because the horrors of war used to be just a regular Tuesday to them
