Select the History Brush Tool. 3. Cmd A (or Ctrl A on PC) to select all. 4. Hit Delete (choose white fill) 5. Choose the Brush drop down to load 'thick, heavy brushes" choose one to paint the image back in. Leave some negative space here and there and also experiment with reducing brush opacity.
