This map was made in 1964 yet it is more accurate than many made in the last ten years. It shows the battle axe people (meaning corded ware and yamnaya) as the origin of the Hittites, Achaeans (Mycenaean), the Fatyanovo culture and 4ryans, and the single grave culture which we now know was the origin of the bell beaker people. Interesting to compare the rise of the IE with the rise of the Semites too.
