#Be-A-Blessing #HisVessel
Amen. #HisVessel
Thank you Lord...🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 #HisVessel #Emmanuel
It is my belief that...when you've been blessed it is imperative to be a blessing to someone else! ------------------------------- A friend saw my stockpile and asked why didn't I just go to the Dollar store or get the $1 trail sized items. Well #1 most of the full size items were $1 or under (excluding the jackets). Which allowed me to spend a little more on other things...still under $2. And #2 I always think of how the person receiving this would feel. I'm sure even a one time use of anything you need is welcomed. But knowing you have what you need for the week or two, may bring them some peace for a little while longer. I just wanted to show respect & dignity for their situation in this way. It may not be enough for a lot but at least I can help a few. ------------------------------- #Grateful4MyJourney #HISVessel #Blessed2BeABlessing #Give #Respect #Homeless #Atlanta #MayGodCover #DoingMyPart #Tithe #dejadeetv (at Atlanta, Georgia)
There's nothing more rewarding than serving the Lord.❤️ When you say "Here I am send me." Be prepared...He will definitely hold you to your word.Be ready for when He says Go...He will equip you for the task before you & will be with you every step of the way. Serve with a joyful heart, serve in excellence & your cup will runneth over! And He gets the glory through it/for it all!🙌🏻 #HisVessel #KingdomBuilder #servant #handsandfeet
Was that you Lord??!
Feb 26, 2015
Sometimes when things pop in our head or when we are prompted to take action in something our first response is to ask, “Is that you Lord? Why do we do this? I mean who do we think it is? You know I always heard people around me talk about this stirring inside, this fiery passion they get from the Lord. Yes, I feel a passion for the Lord and for this generation and His people, but the stirring that I have been feeling lately is God pulling on my heartstrings. Pulling on my soul. It is so strong. So yes, it is YOU LORD! The more I let Him use me in different areas the more he challenges me and grows me. I know the Lord has something greater planned for my life so that He can be greater in others’ lives. I feel like all my life I have been a quitter. I started nursing school..i quit. I started college for business management…again…I quit. I started a diet…I quit. “I quit!” has been my motto. But then I realized I wasn’t quitter, things would fall through because the Lord had other plans for me and I hadn’t realized that when I started something that wasn’t in those plans. I love my job, I love the people I work for, I love the people I work with….(most of the time) hahaha. I know that when the Lord opened up this door for an a amazing job that works with my schedule as being a mom, pastors wife and a person who needs a vacation once a year that it was all Him. I now know that I wasn’t supposed to be a nurse, a business woman I was supposed to be where I am right now. I have a job that is from 730-430, no weekends, great benefits and I am still able to serve in ministry along side my husband. The Lord has me where he wants me now and I don’t know what he has for me next but when I spoke last Thursday to our Young Adult ministry I felt the fire and I knew he was there and he was using ME as His vessel. After that night I knew that I may not be a public speaker traveling the country but I would use my voice to gloify Him! After talking to my husband I told him I wanted to start taking Berean courses to expand my knowledge of the Bible. His words were “You should!” So maybe you are a quitter too. But why have you quit…is there something bigger beyond the horizon that you don’t see at this moment. Open your eyes and pray! God reveals things to us in those times!
