pls take it easy and don't try to push yourself into doing too much at once definitely !! when i get rly bad i usually just try to watch something that i know will make me happy even if it's trash buzzfeed videos or something. also sitting outside in the sun and taking a moment to just rest & close ur eyes might help too, list off things u like & ppl u love, if u have any pets or know anyone w some u can come see maybe spend some time just sitting with them <3

 he goes there sometimes, alone. to THINK, to just be. sits on a rock he used to write and read messages on as he overlooks the other side of the gorge. scott had thought about calling stiles, they could’ve sat out here on the hood of his jeep, but this is what he wanted. quiet and a calm that could only come from being on his own.

only he wasn’t. finding that out by tilting his head just the right way. he’s on the ground in the next second, spooked by a pale face and red eyes that are far too close. scott’s instantly on ALERT, thinking the newcomer is an alpha, maybe that’s why he was so caught off guard. he tries to use his other senses, but that’s what freezes him up. there’s no sound other than his own hammering heart and unsteady breathing.
