Around four years ago I had gymnastics lessons that also incorporated tumbling. While I consider myself like a loose cannon preferring to do my own thing is more because Im not so patient when it comes to being in a class. Thats my ADHD. However, before I could go off on my own the gymnasium instructor insisted I learned the basics. These days its comes in handy with the many different types of animal movements I love to do outside in the healthiest of environments. I believe we need to prepare not just out minds for getting older but also our body. Teach it to fall on purpose.
