I dont have time to workout, this doesn't mean I have to spare my gains. * I use a principle that there is no over training only under recovery. I hate wasting time working out. I dont lift every day, and as a family man I dont want to. * Yet I know how valuable my health and fitness is. So I've decided to scale back my training and raise the intensity. * Does this work? Do you have to lift everyday? * Yes it does work and no you dont have to live in the gym. (I guess this is dependant on goals) * I'm looking at my resting heart rate and that tells me the strength of my heart. I'm pretty satisfied * I have increasingly become time greedy. To me time.is so valuable and I dont want to be wasting so much of it in the gym. I get it, if it's your job to be a lethal weapon yeah you probably need to live in the gym and train. * Personally I'm an aspiring writer. Dont need to live there, yet I dont want to sacrifice improvement. * I'm changing my training to do less, higher quality work, more intensive. * Overtrain and more recovery. More time to live life as is intended, more time for other goals pursuits rather than to merely fill a shirt. Life is more than lifting weights at least for where I am. * Dont get me wrong I love the act, and I know the value of it, just saying life is more than that now for me. * Although collecting data has shown me better ways to make improvement, so now I will run less (days) and weighted, I will lift less (days) but more volume at a higher hr, while I'm there. * I'm gonna do a total of 10 cardio sessions a month all in red zone 5 and only 8 days lifting for the month but increase total volume per session. * This should give me plenty of time for family and other real goals outside of muscle. * Time is life and how we use it is so vitally important. * #newlife #newchapter #newbeginnings #lovelife #hitgoals #trynewthings #maketime toliver #maketimetobehappy #lifeisbeautiful https://www.instagram.com/p/CHQYxxIDmd7/?igshid=8dnm8o7jeswp
