TODAY'S THE DAAAAAAAAAAY
...So some of you may not remember this, but-- I write webnovels! At least, I used to...
It's been 2 years since I've posted anything to my Royal Road account, and before this project I went at least 6 months without really writing...anything. I kinda just lost my spark for a while there. :/
I still really wanted to write, though...so I started LostMind: an "easy" novel project where each chapter would be 90% dialogue (my specialty~). The idea was that I could just quickly write this and have fun with it and get my groove back, so I could start writing regularly again. And lo and behold...it actually worked. ^^ In fact, I'm already planning a sequel~.
✨✨✨You can check out the first 5 mini-chapters of LostMind right here !✨✨✨
Some background on the project: LostMind is actually the 'spiritual sequel' to this idea, so if you ever wondered what the wide world of wizard-robots might've been like, this is is a fair introduction to its mechanics. I mean, LostMind takes place in a dystopian society on a totally different planet (Mars, fyi) but it references the concepts of Glory the Dire and explains them fully, since the Martian robots aren't familiar with them. And when I finally do write GtD (which I hope to start work on soon), I hope to show why they were originally important. ^^
