Been fighting DEMONS this morning. Can’t eat and I’m absolutely restless. My IB physics test (paper 1) is today in about three hours.

So, I’m distracting myself with an aesthetic outfit and bag pack sesh while blasting Noah Kahan’s new album. My step mom probably thinks I’m losing it. It’s fine though.

So what’s the outcome of all this? I’m considering re-sitting my physics exams in November.

I’m probably going back through the entire course this summer in more detail than ever before, which will be reflected here.

Changes in the syllabus reflect changes in the educational landscape and what is demanded from students; there is no issue as to why such changes must occur. However, if such changes are met without proper communication to those that are vetted by the IBO to produce these resources, I can't help but...

Here’s a petition I’ve been asked to share multiple times.

I’ve already signed it, and please do so if you feel that Physics papers 1 and 2 were marred not by personal incompetence, but by an unreasonable discrepancy between what we have been advised to study as per the syllabus + resources, and what has actually come up.

the tz1 (hl) physics paper 2 was roughhhhh, but (at least in my opinion) the paper 1 wasn't bad

I don’t know about TZ1, but paper 2 made paper 1 look like a godsend in comparison, but looking at it objectively I still think paper 1 was still tough.

I remember for that 15 minute interval between the two thinking “I hope P2 is better than that.” Not even close
