pay attention to animals and plants

move everyday, a lot

learn how to breathe well and spend at least a few minutes a day just doing that

read difficult books

liberate yourself, at least a little, from cars, shoes, and furniture

use technology but don't allow technology to use you

say kind things to people; don't talk shit about people

go to funerals
