ive gotten a new strategy for mock testing: set a 30 minute timer and the sound of a clock ticking, then try to do a test you've already done, all without notes of course. Cause what you first do in your time crunch is what you'll do on the test, so you have to notice the patterns in your methodology.

Been fighting DEMONS this morning. Can’t eat and I’m absolutely restless. My IB physics test (paper 1) is today in about three hours.

So, I’m distracting myself with an aesthetic outfit and bag pack sesh while blasting Noah Kahan’s new album. My step mom probably thinks I’m losing it. It’s fine though.
