Experimenting with a concept for Diamond's enchanted crown being kind of like a bridle of sorts. Taking the whole IceWing control and...almost dom/sub? Social dynamics to its most literal with the accessories is so slay :3

Figuring out what I want to do with Winter more. I think this settles it, I'm gonna be doing this frozen, permanently snowdusted hair/mane thing instead of the spines, it has so much more potential for character and distinctiveness (also I wanna give Hailstorm braids). Usually I don't mind spikes bc you can create variations through size/roundness/details/etc but Icewing spikes *have* to be long skinny and straight so...fuck em

Not sure if giving him scars under the arm braces would push things into You're Just Making Them An OC Now territory or not but I do feel Winter is one of like...2 or 3 characters in the series who might Do That. I'm just a sucker for scars as a visual storytelling device I think
