I found it interesting that it seems like Coustas' hair turned white in ch 87, and one of the first clues to qifrey about coustas being in danger was his eyes becoming paler.

This made me realise that qifrey pre treefrey likely didn't have white hair and pale blue eyes. I made him blonde to keep with general colour scheme tones. And gave him light brown eyes as a contrast to Oru's dark blue ones. I always did find it pretty weird that even tho qifrey and oruggio designs are almost the exact opposite of each other that both their eyes were blue.
