Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health and it is difficult to find a vegetables richer in vitamin K than spinach. Eating this leafy green veggie may benefit eye health, reduce oxidative stress and reduce blood pressure levels among other health functions. • INGREDIENTS FOR THIS “HMP” (Heal Me Please) RAW CREAMY AVOCADO SPINACH SAUCE 🥑🥬🥑 -1 cup packed with fresh spinach leaves -1/2 large ripe avocado -2 cloves garlic -2 Tbsp pine nuts -1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice -2/3 Tbsp of water, more if necessary for desired consistency -1 Tbsp of nutritional yeast (optional) -Salt and pepper • Step 1: Add all the ingredients except the spinach into a food processor and pulse until creamy.
