Leftover coffee never goes to waste at my house! I save it to make one of my favorite recipes, my interpretation of a salted caramel macchiato, I've never actually had a caramel macchiato but this is what I think it would taste like if I did. I use about 6 to 8 oz of leftover coffee 2 tablespoons of sugar free salted caramel syrup, two Splenda and about eight ice cubes give or take.
