【飛機餐挑戰】國泰航空（Cathay Pacific）的印度教餐（香港新加坡午飯）

石先生這次前往新加坡乘搭的人稱「因航」的國泰航空，點的特別餐是「印度教餐」，也就是 HNML，乃按照印度教習俗準備的非素食餐，不含牛肉、牛仔肉或豬肉，但可含羊肉、家禽、其他肉類、魚類及奶類製品。

事實上石先生已不是第一次吃這個餐，而這個餐有一好處就是它配備了印度的薄餅，在飛行中吃味道特別好。 (more…)
