Hey, guys! I'm still not like fully back here just yet, since my mental health is still... in not the best state, to say the least,

but I just wanted to give a quick update on things regarding my Hoffstrahm fanfic ("You Two So Alike")

okay, so you know how I said, the last time, that I'll most likely publish the next chapter very soon? The reason why that did not happen yet is 'cause my laptop broke completely in October 😅

I find it best to edit chapters and publish my works, in general, on my laptop, it's hard for me to do it on my phone ;/ So that's why it's gonna take a while for me to publish the 4th chapter, after all

Good news is! I still keep writing it, so once I do get a new laptop somewhere between the end of November and the beginning of December, you won't have to wait too long for the 5th chapter! Meaning that I'll publish the 4th chapter then and after a week or maximum two (I don't think editing it is gonna take me that long, but saying 'maximum' just in case) you'll get the 5th chapter too! So I think that's pretty neat in all of this!

I wish I didn't have to wait for so long to deliver those to you, because I'm genuinely so curious what you guys will think of these chapters, but that's the "beauty" of electronic devices, you never know when they'll fail you 😅

Anyways, I'm off again for now, 'cause being here for longer won't serve me well for now, but I do remember my promise about some new content, once I do come back, do not worry about that! Hope that'll make up for my inactivity here, I do also hope you did not forget about me yet aaadhdhdh Have a nice day/night, guys!!!

what r ur fave hoffstrahm fics/hoffstrahm writers

Here's a list!! Gonna write short descriptions too, so that y'all can find something for yourself if you're looking for a good fic, but you haven't read those yet!

The Henchman of Jigsaw by LarrysBandana - I feel like this is a pretty well-known one (as it should be, it's amazing), but if you haven't heard of this one, it is pretty much a very, very slow burn that is basically a retelling of Saw movies, but make them fully Hoffstrahm-centric! The tension between Mark and Peter and the portrayal of the characters, the writing style - everything is just chef's kiss in this! To be honest, it is one of my favourite fanfics in general too! It is a very slow burn, as I said before though, so do keep that in mind!!

A Thousand Splinters of Glass by not_Sigmis - sadly, this hasn't been updated for a while, I'm still waiting for another chapter though! This is pretty much the famous concept of Hoffman and Strahm getting into the glass coffin together! The sexual tension is so well-done in this one as well and while I read this a long time ago, I still remember the scene where Strahm tends to Hoffman's back wounds there and I adored it so much!! Gotta love that

stitch it closed (kiss it better) by allegedly_writing - again the concept of Hoffman and Strahm getting into the glass coffin together! Except while the previous one is more erotic this one is more on the softer side, which is so lovely done as well! I remember it mainly focused on Strahm taking Hoffman home afterwards and addressing his wounds there <3 God, I love the idea of these two taking care of each other's wounds, can you tell?

and, obviously, the fic I read recently and screamed about it in a previous post and listen I WILL keep screaming about it, because it's GREAT AND ADORABLE ☝️☝️☝️ - reverse parent trap by CassandraCaffrey / @afoxnamedmulder - if you didn't see my previous post this is a Saw x Gilmore Girls crossover fanfic where Peter Strahm and Luke Danes are twin brothers and Hoffstrahm meets Luke/Lorelai!! It's amazing, it's cute, but like them-cute, like the character portrayal of Mark and Peter is so well-done here!!! Luke's and Lorelai's too!!! Gooo read it, go go go, I will keep screaming at y'all about that, because it's SO LOVELY and I can't stop thinking about it still!!!
