Sadness flies away on the wings of time. - Jean de La Fontaine When I'm sad or worried, I allow myself to feel it fully. I lay in my misery and experience it as if I were a subjective scientist experiencing the fullness of my own humanity. From this experience I pull forward the roots and causes of my sorrow. I purge myself through tears and heavy chest pains if need be. But at the end of the day, I sit up, I stand up and I walk away enriched by knowing myself deeper and through a clearer lens. Life is to be lived, through the joy and the pain. I brought myself to this point to empathize with my beloved Wu and for myself as well. My grieving ceremony through yoga and soulful hip hop was definitely enriching for me. You claim me as your Uncle Wisey, Wu. So this practice was for you. Go through whatever and then pick your chin up and keep on smiling. PaL. PB&J to my #yogapatnas #LifeisGood #OneLove #mertapuheh P.S. This #holeyshirt is my favorite and most comfortable. Very representative of my daily walk through this perfect imperfect experience on this earth.
