These holiday cupcakes are a festive treat for any celebration. Their colorful appearance and delightful taste will bring joy to your holiday gatherings.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. Red and green food coloring. Holiday-themed sprinkles.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with paper liners. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Divide the batter into two equal portions. Add red food coloring to one portion and green food coloring to the other, until you achieve your desired holiday colors. Fill each cupcake liner with alternating spoonfuls of red and green batter until 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting and decorate with holiday-themed sprinkles. Serve and enjoy your delicious holiday cupcakes!

Without the gluten, you can still enjoy the classic tastes of Christmas stollen. This version doesn't have gluten and is full of nuts, dried fruits, and warm spices, making it a great holiday treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup dried fruits raisins, cranberries, cherries. 1/4 cup slivered almonds. 1/4 cup candied citrus peel. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy alternative. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon almond extract. 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Mix gluten-free all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, dried fruits, slivered almonds, and candied citrus peel together in a large bowl. In a different bowl, mix the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg with a whisk. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Place the dough on a surface that has been lightly floured and form it into a loaf. Lay the loaf out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put it in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it's golden brown and done. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Before you serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Cheesecake brownies for Indy’s teachers. Didn’t have the right pan and wasn’t sure what to expect, so didn’t get the desired finesse. But they are divine!! would’ve loved them to be a little less sweet, wonder how they’d taste if I substituted the semisweet chocolate with cocoa and espresso instead? #holidaybakes https://www.instagram.com/p/CI3Kuq6DpmG/?igshid=vbwescc6vnrn
one of the most common questions I get is how do you bake without dairy, eggs, and butter??⠀ ⠀ “Vegan baking” is comprised of everything you already have in your cupboards: flour, sugar, cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, spices, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and yeast. To create delicious, decadent desserts, we were taught we need animal-based milk, eggs, and butter, but in fact, what you need is:⠀ ⠀ *Binding⠀ *Moisture⠀ *Fat⠀ *Leavening⠀ . ⠀ You can accomplish all these things with plant-derived ingredients that are better for you and better for the animals! ⠀ . ⠀ As for moisture, use pureed banana or applesauce. Ground flaxseeds and water create binding and moisture, as do commercial egg replacers; vinegar and baking soda provide leavening, and oil and plant-based butters provide fat as well as moisture. ⠀ .⠀ Given some time and practice, baking without eggs will become as natural to you as laying eggs is to chickens. ⠀ Repost By joyfulvegan: Being the author of The Joy of Vegan Baking, . ⠀ #vegan #veganbaking #holidaybaking #holidaybakes #thanksgiving #autumnbaking #thanksgivingdinner #thanksgivingpies #pies #baking #joyofveganbaking #egglessbaking #veganchallenge #30dayveganchallenge⠀#foodporn #voice #photography #family #love https://www.instagram.com/p/Bq-bwR7AczC/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1drj8hk2pnpt6
