This Crock-Pot pork roast is a savory and succulent dish that's perfect for any holiday dinner. The slow cooking process allows the flavors to meld together, resulting in a tender and flavorful roast that will impress your guests.
Ingredients: 3-4 lbs pork roast. 1 onion, chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 2 tsp dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Place chopped onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season pork roast with salt, pepper, and dried thyme, then place it on top of the onions and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard. Pour over the pork roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the pork is tender and cooked through. Once done, remove the pork roast from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced pork roast with the cooking juices spooned over the top.
