I am glad that somehow @mommymundo made up for the error of three of their staff last #HolidayExpoMom and the promised refund was sent today. I hope to attend their expos again in the future without the same issue happening. 😏😏😏 I still feel terrible about how those three staff treat a customer but at least the owner of Mommy Mundo made a way to make amends. 😉😉😉 #mommymundopassport #mommymundoplanner

Ok so I have been a @mommymundo enthusiast since I've become a mom and been buying the #mommymundopassport since. I've even posted about them on my blog page before. The thing is last year I got the passport Nov 6 during their holiday bazaar and they said I will get a free planner this year. But when I got to the #HolidayExpoMom bazaar earlier, they said my passport is expired by 4 DAYS. So I had to buy another passport which costs 500 and a separate planner which costs 550 instead of getting the free planner advertised last year. And guess what? They promised me a free planner next year! Suffice to say, I don't believe them anymore. 💔💔💔 (at Glorietta)
