Hello Batam, Again! I think I wanna live in Batam. save money and buy house there. I really can live in their slow-paced daily life. Like my parents always teased me: YOU REALLY CAN ADJUST WELL WITH THE LIFE AND PEOPLE HERE! Haha of course! be like a batam people when you're in batam! So, it was 4D3N trip. some people raised their eyebrows and asked me why so long there? what u wanna do there? there is nothing much right? Oh well, if you think Batam is all about Nagoya, massage and foods, then thats your loss. Beside Nagoya Mall, there are more interesting malls like DC Mall, BCS mall & Panbin Mall. they also have Kepri Mall & Mega Mall. Their foods also have tonnes of choices. from local foods to chinese seafood to indian foods to western ones as well. So, explore this island, people! a lot of places to be visited! Barelang Bridge for example, worth a trip there. Waterfront area, a place for sports/adventure lovers. there are go-kart, flying fox and water sports as well. its all about you want to go or u dont want. I visited the Nagoya Hill Mall once and twice for both DC & BCS malls. had my meals there as well as some shoppings. I still love their supermarkets, A LOT! My driver brought me to buy murtabak manis and pisang cheese as well. the MUST EAT foods when I'm there. the price no need to say la! I ate tonnes of local foods, some seafood dishes as well as from pizza hut there! Had my spa treatment at Spa Secret. as usual, never disappoint. service still superb. a perfect treat to refresh and pamper myself. Oh yes, the hotel. making my return to the Planet Holiday Hotel & Residence. my 2nd time here. I dont know but checking-in seems to be the least best thing whenever I'm at this hotel. but well, I wouldnt let small issue to ruin my mood, whatsmore my trip! 4D3N's trip still not enough for me. Haha! Maybe I need a week there to fully enjoy the places there as well as enough time to relax in my hotel room. I will see you again, Batam. soon insya Allah.

Family Trip So, about a week ago, I went to Batam with Mama, aunts, cousins & uncles. it has been long since our last trip together. 3D2N seemed too fast to end but no doubt, we had plenty of great times over relaxing, eating, shopping & spa! I've been staying at the same hotel in Batam all along. but, this time we stayed at Planet Holiday Hotel & Residence. got myself a room with pool view, enough to make me happy. Looking forward to the next trip, in September, hopefully. Till the next post :)
