Remember, you can give more to others when you take care of YOURSELF first. ❤️❤️ Today, I selected to do T25 this week. I am short on time with my crazy to do list but I know I can easily carve out 25 minutes of my day each day - and it won't be easy to talk myself out of such a short yet effective workout.
