Hi! I was thinking of doing Holiday Matsuri for my first con, but my emails are never responded to. They say "Only artists with Self-Made items will be permitted. Certain manufactured/mass produced items will be allowed (example: Prints)" but I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with other items allowed? Primarily charms, stickers, and buttons. Also thank you for having such great resources in the beginner tags!

If staff isn’t responsive via email, I recommend hitting up Holiday Matsuri-specific spaces to ask. Do they have a FB group or forum? Twitter? Or if not, try Florida-specific artist groups or AANI.

Followers here are welcome to chime in here with their experiences, but in general I think it’s better to go to con-specific resources for con-specific questions, and after that, AANI for the largest pool of artists to ask. Becca and I go to a lot of cons, but even between us we can’t cover every single one. ^^
