Fall has always been my favorite season. I never understood how dramatically unbalanced my love was for the seasons until it wasn’t Fall. It’s a time of transition and change. And though those times are not always comfortable or easy, the reward for seeing it through is a beautiful transformation and proof of the existence of love for oneself. As some of you may know, I started a detox a little over a month ago with holistic health practitioner, @avdeltoro because I was getting tired of being tired. I had been on the fence about a lot of things in my life and I knew the time was coming to either shit or get off the pot (as my good ol’ ma would say). I’m planning a blog post soon of some of my journal entries and a documentation of how the detox went for me, but I’m curious. As a reader of my blog, would you be more interested in hearing about the protocols used during my detox or my journey through it? There’s no wrong answer. 🤷🏻♀️ Lemme know, below. Ps- tomorrow is Friday. 🙌🏼🖤💫 . #bohoblogger #holistichealth #holisticblogger #autumnvibes🍁 #andsomepumpkins (at Forest City, Florida) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3LCZ5fh-qN/?igshid=1lrmq85ltx89f
