Seeing Danny and Laura in a 2020 Tumblr post is crazy and yet! And yet! Thank you for reminding me they exist lol what's your fave headcanon or detail you can't stop thinking about?
Man, they live rent free in my head constantly and sometimes I'm like...can y'all just leave please? But they never do. They never. Do.
As for favorite detail/headcanon: probably that they are SO IN SYNC. In a lot of scenes you can see them simultaneously look at each other and it's just like...so endearing?? And a real testament to their partnership. Like yes, I ship them romantically obviously, but that bond...that friendship is just so strong in them that I just do NOT understand how we're supposed to root for Laura and Carm when that exists. (I understand the appeal, just not my cup of tea) And I love how they're always there for each other. Danny is ABSOLUTELY Laura's rock in season 2. From the "I'll take care of it" to "the right thing" it's just...god. It's a tragedy. A TRAGEDY. That they never got a real shot.
