It has been two weeks ever since the first he’s ran into Holly. Technically, he has seen them before but they’d been carefully avoiding each other, then Matt decided to break that ridiculous cycle, he didn’t see the point anymore perhaps or he simply missed his old friend. Whatever the reason was, he was glad they had finally chance to catch up at his favorite spot in Silver Lake. He didn’t even need to look at the menu anymore, he was going to order wild mushroom pappardelle like he always did. Elbows rested on the table, he leaned a little bit forward, chuckling. “Becca was here two days ago.” Matt started with a chuckle, hoping to break the slight awkwardness in the air. “She asked about you.” @hollybernex
