     Man she hated getting scolded like this. Normally it was the other way around but being a hot head Latina with fire boiling in her blood 24/7 could backfire sometimes as well. Today being one of those days...

No more trying fight demon lord on my own again.” She smirked then and wiggled her index finger. “So that’s why I’m gonna get Al to do it for me. Fuck knows that antlered weirdo loves fucking up Overlord’s day.”

This one was a repeat offender - one would think after the first time, they would abandon their pursuit, but no...this was five times too many, and her limited patience had been expended; she felt no sympathy for them as they pleaded now, punctuated by screams of pain as thorn covered vines burrowed their way through their flesh and out the other side, winding tightly around their mouth to force it open as she drew nearer.

A new plant burst forth, working it’s way through her wrist before erupting from her palm, small white blossoms, broad leaves with sharp points, the entire lot dripping with caustic sap that she emotionlessly began to allow to drip a drop at a time down their throat, watching as it melted through the soft flesh of their tongue, through the bottom of their mouth.

She felt the presence of another, but didn’t so much as pay them a backward glance - if this display wasn’t enough to put them off her, then not much would; she continued, unmoved by the tears that had begun to stream down their face, or the agonized, gurgling wails.

It was a habit for Alastor to roll his sleeves up and unbutton that high collar when cooking, always had been. Despite doing so within the hotel time and time again it hadn't lead to any questions. But the prominent one anybody would ask of was the single large scar against his neck. It was a bold red mark, with four branches that wrapped around the right side and one that wrapped around the left. They incircled his too thin neck all the way around until those thin branches, almost finger like but not quite...talon maybe...connected against his throat.

Nifty and Husk knew better than to ask and frankly they were always the only ones to think about intruding on what he considered me time. He truly didn't mind answering, especially considering it was interesting dear Charlie to ask...

However.

The full extent of his explanation seemed...short. Vague like a lot of things that slipped from his mouth in a chipper charismatic tone.

"You see as a sinner the key moments in your life, your actions, dislikes...all dictate how you look once you end up down here. That's all there is to it~"

Still stirring away at the pot of cream to keep it from sticking, grip tightening against that spoon ever so slightly, gaze glancing to the side at the demon belle. He was prepared to steer the topic if he truly needed to.

Weakness was not something she needed to know.
