                    WHOEVER  HAD  MEG  ALL  WOUND  UP  ,  jo  had  been  dying  to  know  more  since  new  year’s  eve  .  “  oh  ,  meg  ,  can’t  you  tell  me  just  a  bit  more  ?  i  do  promise  not  to  pry  much  more  .  ”  after  what  she  remembered  as  a  fiasco  at  meg’s  wedding  ,  jo  had  been  avoiding  the  other  ,  but  she’d  decided  it  was  time  to  put  an  end  to  such  nonsense  .  “  i’ll  tell  you  a  secret  in  return  .  ”     —     [  @holyghvsts​  .  ]

               “  okay  ,  question  .  ”  amelia  swirled  her  glass  of  water  and  let  out  a  huff  .  “  do  you  think  dead  people  alcohol  is  different  than  living  people  alcohol  ?  and  do  you  think  it  affects  people  differently  here  ?  ”  a  pause  .  “  i’m  asking  because  i’m  curious  ,  not  because  i’m  tempted  .  can’t  help  but  think  about  it  .  ”     —     [  @holyghvsts​  .  ]

 rue  is  lying  on  the  floor  laughing  at  something  jules  said  when  she  comes  to  a  realization.  she  stops  short  &  sits  up  ,  turning  towards  the  blonde.  "dude  ,  i  totally  forgot  to  show  you  something  ,  get  up."  rue  tugs  on  jules'  shoulder.  "don't  ask  how  i  found  out.  but  i  have  a  tattoo  inside  my  forking  mouth."  she  says  ,  scooting  back  to  let  jules  get  a  better  look  at  her  face.  rue  moves  her  hair  behind  her  shoulder  ,  prefacing  the  revelation:  "i  think  it's  like  a  code.  look."  and  then  she  uses  her  fingers  to  flip  her  bottom  lip  out  &  expose  the  single  word  written  there  in  ink.  it  says  rules.  for  whatever  reason  she  doesn't  connect  what  it  means  ,  which  is  clear  in  the  inquisitorial  look  she  is  giving  jules.

               izzie  could  be  seen  as  high  maintenance  ,  but  all  she  really  needed  were  her  friends  .  having  two  of  her  best  friends  around  was  bittersweet  ,  but  she  was  glad  to  have  them  .  she  linked  her  arm  with  meredith’s  as  she  looked  over  the  dessert  table  .  “  which  one  should  we  try  first  ?  we  can  do  shots  after  the  cookies  .  ”     —     [  @holyghvsts​  .  ]

jo  had  been  creeping  around  the  south  side  ,  but  kept  a  safe  enough  distance  so  as  not  to  get  herself  into  trouble  .  she  stood  on  her  toes  ,  peeking  over  fences  and  hoping  to  get  a  look  at  the  supposed  sinkhole  ,  when  she  heard  the  footsteps  behind  her  .  she  dropped  back  down  to  her  normal  height  and  ,  without  turning  around  ,  spoke  .  “  i  wasn’t  doing  anything  wrong  . . .  technically  .  ”

JULES  VAUGHN  SAID  :  i  lost  my  zen  &  i  need  to  find  it  .

currently  accepting  :  qveen  herby  sentence  starters  .

for  whatever  reason  ,  that  sentence  made  her  skin  crawl  .  a  look  of  concern  crossed  over  soft  features  as  she  crossed  the  short  distance  between  them  .  “  your  zen  ?  you  have  lost  it  ?  that  cannot  be  good  .  we  must  locate  it  .  where  did  you  see  it  last  ?  ”  (  @holyghvsts​  )  .
