i had a dream that i'm in prison, where i beat up jason and then do the prison break with aaron. and then 2 cops follow us and i say smth like "i'm gonna stop them, just run to rob" and then cops shot me. idk, maybe i should stop watching so many shows about police and prison before going to bed :DDD

if you still are doing that thing - “I can’t remember the last time I was this happy.” (also, can it go from fluffy to angsty? i love when everything is fine and suddenly my heart is aching and i'm sobbing) pleeaassee :)

“I can’t remember the last time I was this happy.” Aaron rolls onto his back, grinning up at the ceiling. He’s been tag free for two months and he’s still getting used to freedom, still acclimatising to going wherever he wants.

Even if that’s just a hotel in Manchester, again, where he and Rob get time to themselves.

Robert huffs out a laugh next to him. “You said that yesterday.” He shifts onto his side, leans down to press a kiss to Aaron’s lips. “Give me a minute and maybe you’ll say it again.”

Aaron rolls his eyes. “Doubt it. You’re not that good.”

Looking offended, Robert opens his eyes to say something and then freezes. He clutches at his shoulder, grunts out in pain.

“Rob?” Aaron says, panic in his eyes. He clambers to his knees as Robert collapses onto his back. “What’s wrong?”

Robert whimpers, claws at his chest. “Can’t breathe.”

Aaron feels panic bubble up in his chest and he presses his fingers to Robert’s neck. Robert’s face is pale, and has a weird tinge, and Aaron doesn’t know what to do. “Shit, Rob, what is it?”

“A-” Robert takes a gasping breath, eyes unfocused and distant.

“Hey, no,” Aaron says, digging his nails into Robert’s neck. “Stay with me, Rob.”

Robert’s eyes aren’t tracking, he’s gasping, the tinge to his skin almost blue. Aaron fumbles for his phone on the nightstand, fingers shaking as he keys in the number.

“It’s gonna be okay, Rob.” Aaron feels like a liar, a horrible churning feeling in the pit of his stomach. Robert’s struggling weakly, like it’s too much effort, and

Aaron’s heart breaks. He tries to keep it together as he screams down the phone that he needs an ambulance, quick, please!

Robert’s body goes slack beneath him.

thank you so much for your answer about getting involved in the fandom. i will try to do that but sometimes i feel like what i have to say isn't that important?? i don't know, as you see my self esteem is running low these days. and since i've recently joined sometimes i feel like i don't emmerdale as good as other people and what i have to say isn't that great. i'm sorry to bother you with this. thank you <33

I am pretty sure I just messaged Claudia out of the blue during a fandom meltdown. We’d been sort of making contact before that, but since then we’ve been the best of friends.

I struggle also to connect with people on the internet, especially since I am really insecure about my English and kinda internet shy, but it definitely helps to butt in! :) And the emmerdale fandom is really so so welcoming, it warms my heart! <3 So just go for it, nonnie! I am also working on it, overcoming insecurties and stuff.

*BUTTS IN* literally all of this. This fandom is quite big, and if you don’t raise your voice, you won’t get heard. That is just the way of life though! You have to get involved in order for people to get to know you. And once people get to know you, you’ll make friends.

Nobody enters a fandom and is instantly pals with everyone. Just like nobody starts a new job or a new school and is instantly best friends with everyone, especially if they stand in the corner and don’t make an effort. I know some people are shy, and it can be scary/intimidating, but this fandom is genuinely the most friendly and accepting fandom I have ever been a apart of, so there’s no reason at all to be concerned! Like Claudia said, just send someone a message, get involved in other people’s conversations if you feel like you have something to say. Or if you’re not brave enough to do that, make your own post talking about your thoughts/feelings about the show or about Robron or whatever - just give people a chance to see what you’re about.

Trust me, once you open yourself up and use your voice, you will find you gain friends/followers pretty swiftly! :)

so as you see nonnie, everyone struggles a bit at first, but just go for it, send someone a message, and you’ll see you’ll soon find your place. :D
